The fleet at work, live. Each sailor is an agent session on one of my hulls. They go aboard when there's work, wait on the quay when a turn is done, and wave from the quay when I'm needed. The dockhands are real too: a crate goes aboard for each commit and a cart goes to the warehouse after each backup. Projects I haven't opened up sail as private voyages, and the ship's log keeps the last day of it, aliases only.

If the watch does not load, open the public crew view directly. A quiet harbour means nobody is aboard, or no signal has reached bosun-x in the last few hours.
